Loving Care's Volunteer Program
Circle of Friends

Every Tuesday Liz answers the phones. On Wednesdays, Betty greets our guests and on Thursdays, Sylvia visits a patient. On Fridays, Fred takes Jerry to breakfast and on Saturdays our pastors visit patients in a local nursing home. Everybody has something to offer. They use their time, passion and skills to make a difference.

Our volunteers are an important part of our organization. We value who they are and what they do.

We encourage you, your family, friends and co-workers to get involved. We need hands, hearts and heads of dedicated people who desire to help others, strengthen our communities and enrich lives.

Volunteering opens doors to learn or develop new skills, share work experience, build self-esteem, enhance your resume, meet new people and, most importantly, impact a life.

Our prayer is that you will become a partner with our Circle of Friends!

Membership

"Becoming a member is an easy an inexpensive way to show your support of our program, services and staff. Your membership is important for many reasons including:

• Members elect the governing board members
• Membership levels indicate the extent of community acceptance for our program, a factor considered by major donors
• When we reach our goal of 280 individual members we will be able to provide an additional two months non-reimbursed care to a hospice patient

To become a member Loving Care Hospice and Home Health needs: Name, phone and address.

• $25.00 Individual member
• $50.00 Two Individual members
• $200.00 Business Membership

Donate

If you or your organization is interested in giving back to your community by donating a monetary gift, unused medical equipment or auction items please feel free to contact our agency. All proceeds go toward serving the needs of our terminally ill and home health patients that qualify for our services. In 2010 Loving Care Hospice and Home Health provided over $176,000 in non-reimbursed care. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated.

Donors may deduct charitable donations. For tax purposes our tax i.d. number is 31-1370625. Our agency can also provide a letter to you or your place of business recognizing your donation.

Sponsorship

Sponsorship of Loving Care Hospice and Home Health is broken down into three categories. Below is a description of the benefits of each level of sponsorship you or your business could receive.

GOLD Sponsor- $2500.00
SILVER Sponsor- $1000.00
BRONZE Sponsor- $500.00

As a GOLD Sponsor you shall receive:

1. A team in the golf outing
2. A special plaque indicating your gold sponsorship
3. Four complimentary tickets to the Spring Dinner & Fall Harvest Dinner
4. Appropriate recognition at each of the fundraising events

As a SILVER Sponsor you shall receive:

1. A special plaque indicating your silver sponsorship
2. A major award sponsor in the golf outing
3. Four complimentary tickets to the Spring Dinner & Fall Harvest Dinner
4. Appropriate recognition at each of the fundraising events

As a BRONZE Sponsor you shall receive:

1. A special plaque indicating your bronze sponsorship
2. A hole sponsor at the gold outing
3. Two complimentary tickets to the Spring Dinner & Fall Harvest Dinner
